“Lee Ann has gone above and beyond her commitment and responsibility to sell my condo. My condo needed to be totally renovated. I'm a NY resident so I could not be in Savannah to meet with and communicate to the contractor. After extensively working with me, sending me photo's, meeting with my first potential General Contractor (GC) ..... she again went through the same process with the second GC, meeting him at the condo multiple times to explain what we’re looking to accomplish. Once the job was started she went to the condo each week multiple times to see the progress being made. She acted as a liaison between my second contractor and his sub-contractor. The second contractor stopped working and left the sub-contractor there to finish the job, the Sub continued to work because he trusted Lee Ann and trusted he would get paid. Lee Ann was now working with a third contractor. Throughout this time I kept telling Lee Ann that I wanted to treat her & her husband to a nice romantic dinner”

Lee Ann had a strong profile/history and experience so I sent a message through the brokers website to her that I was interested in a property. It was late on a Sat. night and she replied right away and set an appt. to talk on a Sunday. I was so impressed from the first communication forward. We purchased through her and just sold through her. Both transactions went so smoothly. I always feel when something comes up that needs reviewed or decisions made on, she has our backs. With our first potential buyer, things became hectic with them trying to find the funds, setting up closing dates which they could not meet, delay from underwriters, on and on. Lee Ann handled all this for us and did a great job. We were very pleased with Lee Ann Marsh as our realtor. We ran into some issues with the first potential buyer - set up several closings, all of which did not materialize, through no fault of Lee Ann. However, she handled all the frustrating details with professionalism and feel we were represented well. She kept us informed with each transaction. When the next buyer offered a suitable price, Lee Ann worked closely with us and got us through all details through closing. I would contact Lee Ann should we have more property to sell. I just do not know about all of the details above - I really do not know how much advertising Lee Ann did, but was happy with the overall results and her professionalism.
